This may not be new and used boat news but it does involve water sports that can be enjoyed on a boat.

Snook are one of the very best fish to eat in my opinion.

Prep your catch. Once you get a good Snook to dish up you must take in consideration a few things. Try to use the whole fish since they are so difficult to catch. Skin the fillets including the meat under the belly if possible. Also the cheeks are some of the best meet too.

If you keep the fish on ice and keep it fresh, you will have some of the best tasting meat you have ever tasted.

I suggest you heat up some peanut oil in a deep fryer and cut the fillets into some good size cube size pieces. Dip the pieces in a beaten egg and roll them in Italian bread crumbs. Then drop them into the oil. Best rule of thumb when deep frying is to wait until they float to the top, then you know they are done. Remove the fried cubes and place them into a towel to absorb the remaining oil. Wait a few minutes until they are cool to touch, add some drops of lime juice and you will be in heaven.
